Quality Management Policy

Phuture Design are committed to continuous improvement and have implemented a Quality Management Policy to provide a framework for measuring and maintaining a high standard of quality in all aspects of our operations.

We ensure that our client needs are clearly understood and met through our use of the PRINCE2 project management methodology. This is underpinned by our personal interest in the success of the project and the client, ensuring that the service is consistently delivered in accordance with our Quality Management Policy.

Phuture Design will ensure in providing and maintaining its services to its clients that:

• The quality policy is upheld and supported by staff at all levels
• Staff responsibilities and duties are clearly identified
• Staff are appropriately trained to enable them to undertake their tasks
• The quality policy is implemented throughout all client projects
• The server infrastructure and support guarantees 99% uptime
• All project documentation is securely stored, maintained and archived
• There will be clear communication to all stakeholders
• Client feedback from projects will be gathered and used to improve quality management standards
• All web projects follow our tailored PRINCE2 5 stage project management process

Quality Management values of the PRINCE2 approach that are in line with Phuture's ideology include:

• A defined organisation structure for the project management team
